As a Service Projects Foreman, you are responsible all aspects of Commercial HVAC Special Projects installation and associated materials according to specifications and codes. You must be able to determine sequence of installations by reading plans and working drawings. Perform field take-offs and jobsite material inventories. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the assembly and installation air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units used in schools, commercial and industrial buildings. Pre-task planning and scheduling manpower and materials and coordinate the needs with the Service Projects Manager. You will be responsible for man hours and material costs. Complete and maintain work site paperwork.
